The Superheroes of Mental Health

This month we were commissioned to photograph “Time to Change Wales” advertising campaign for metal health awareness in Wales. The strap line was….
“You don’t have to be a superhero to talk about mental health. Be extraordinary by just being a friend.”
The client wanted the whole shoot in one location. After much searching we settled on Club Ifor Bach, a nightclub in Cardiff where we could build three different set environments – a cafe, living room and bar! Quite a challenge, one of the biggest being turning this chill out room into a living room.

With a lot of pre-production and some excellent work from prop stylist Angela and Paul our set builder we were able to turn a dark room in a nightclub club into a homely stylish living room.
